Even as the Country slowly comes out of the near total collapsed economy and Veterans unemployment trends down problems persist. The shame of the Country they serve, none as it refuses still to Sacrifice, DeJa-Vu all over again, is clearly visible, especially within the obstruction the representatives of the country in congress, and state legislatures, continues unquestioned by their supporters.

One in five female veterans unemployed
Oct 6, 2012 - The number of unemployed post-9/11 veterans as a whole is down as of last month, but there's a vast disparity between men and women.

New numbers show that one in five, or roughly 20 percent, of female veterans are unemployed. That statistic specifically reflects those women who have served during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

A few theories explain the trend. Some of them suggest that because more civilian women are getting college degrees, it's creating a more competitive workforce. Others say that it's the way female vets are perceived.

Military veterans, including women, are years ahead of their counter parts coming out of colleges, and one huge problem with this country is the now college industry that has been built, mostly for profit not education, that's clear in the specialties studied and degree's earned in. Their years ahead in maturity especially if sent into the cheered on war theaters and multiple times. Four, six, eight years or more of service and training bring a well honed adult into the business world, any business as their trained in a number of area's for the need is there if a brother or sister is falls or is wounded another needs to step in to fill that need as well as their own for the rest of any operation, each having each others back. Even in and probably especially with today's modern and developing technologies. If there's a need and they don't have the specific skills, neither do college students, they pick up those skills very quickly as they've been down that same road many times in their military careers, short or long. We need economic positions that fit all not just those with pieces of papers saying their intelligent or qualified when they're not and so called human resources hiring needs to clearly understand what an individual brings, most bring more then even those in the HR positions looking at the others!
